Not to worry, it has been the bane of my existence in the English speaking world for many, many years. Including the automatic check-in machines at airports, which don’t recognise it either!
always look forward to reading your articles Andrew. Thanks so much for sharing your expertise! I would love to hear anything you have to say about spotting or basic retouching of prints. Any particular kits you recommend? Find a friend who enjoys it? :) Etc.
The way you share your years of knowledge and expertise is very generous and appreciated, Andrew - so a huge thank you! I am pleased our paths have crossed again over here. Wishing you and your family a very happy Christmas and a wonderful New Year.
Hello Andrew, if you have info to share on using x-ray film I'd be interested. I still have some blue and green sensitive somewhere I should dig out and use this year. Thanks.
Hey Andrew, I've got HC110, Rodinal, ID11 and Ilford multigrade paper dev at the moment. I did a test indoors using an LED panel then developed in HC110 and got an ISO of 160 with some expired green sensitive x-ray film which was impressive. Just wondered about your results. I'll check your other articles. Thanks.
Use the blue to establish a time, because it tends to do nothing for ages, then it all happens at the end. You can fine tune your times easier. The green is nicer to use. Once you have a dev time worked out, they are all the same in that dev.
Merry Christmas Andrew. Have really enjoyed your expertise and encouragement.
Thank you Jon.
Have a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year!
Thank you.
Andrew, you deserve a lovely Christmas and New Year break! Thank you for being here and showing up in my mailbox!
Thanks Soren,
Sorry for the slight mis spelling of your name, I couldn’t find how to change the ‘O’
